Shipping Information General Information
Shipping for most orders is FedEx Ground unless otherwise specified. Shipping and handling rates are calculated based upon order weights and shipping zone. We are not responsible for FedEx or other carrier errors.
Shipping Time Please allow up to 48 hours for processing before an item is shipped. Regular shipping cut-off times are 4:00PM Pacific Standard Time. If an order is placed after this time, it will be prepared for shipment the next business day. If an order is not in stock, we will notify you via email and provide you with a lead time at which your item will arrive at our warehouse. For hazardous materials such as the Weld-On, shipping cut-off times are at 3:00PM Pacific Standard Time to allow the warehouse to package and prepare special paperwork for same-day FedEx pickup. Transit Time Below is a FedEx map of the estimated time it would take for an order to leave our warehouse in Ontario, CA to arrive at your delivery address. Please note that we are not responsible for shipments that arrive past it's estimated delivery date. 
Hazardous Materials We are certified by the federal government (per Title 49 Code of Federal Regulations (49 CFR) 172.704(a)(1) requirements) to ship hazardous materials within the contiguous United States via ground shipping methods. Due to federal regulations, if an item exceeds the allowed quantity for ORM-D (or limited quantity) shipments, our shipping service charges a $27.50 fee to handle those hazardous materials. This fee is reflected ONLY in those hazardous items that exceed the allowed volume and is clearly stated in it's respective product descriptions. For ORM-D shipments, there is a weight limit of 66 pounds, and anything exceeding that weight will be split into multiple packages.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii Yes, we offer shipping on a limited selection of products to Alaska and Hawaii. Because some exclusions apply, we've indicated any locations we are unable to ship to. International Shipping

Important Information on Shipping Weld-On Products These items are a shipping hazard and can only ship via ground delivery within the United States (except Alaska and Hawaii). INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHOOSING A SHIPPING OPTION AT CHECKOUT:
*When selecting a shipping service at checkout, please select ground or home delivery shipping. At checkout please do not choose express saver, 2 day air, standard overnight, priority, or first overnight because we are unable to ship the Weld-On via Air due to federal regulations. We reserve the right to change shipping to ground or home delivery (if it is a residential address) if an "air" shipping method is chosen. |
